Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your *NSYNC merchandise, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition drops and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure all original tags are attached to the apparel to avoid processing delays.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 7-10 business days.
